A state is lawless not because there's no law. but because there is no adequate Justice System. The Judiciary Arm of Government in Nigeria are the most woeful of all the three arms in governance. It is the most corrupt.
Why will people not start putting justice into their hands when justice has never been done for the same situation in the past.
See the case of Evans the kidnapper. If not because he's working for some of this politician, he should be in jail already. The judges or lawyers are the most corrupt individuals in the country.
We can't totally blame people of Ikorodu because if you're affected, I mean ur enemy relatives has been kidnapped and killed, you may do worse.
